About these terms

By providing your phone number to Coastal Edge Systems through our website, quote form, or directly, and by opting in to text messaging, you agree to receive SMS messages from Coastal Edge Systems under the terms below.

Types of messages you may receive

Coastal Edge Systems sends text messages related to your active inquiry, project, or service relationship with us. Message types include:

Quote request follow-ups and clarifying questions
Appointment confirmations and reminders for consultations, site assessments, and installations
Project updates, scheduling changes, and arrival notifications
Service support and post-installation follow-up
Responses to questions you send us by text

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages to customers who have not requested them.

Message frequency, rates, and fees

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and active projects. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Coastal Edge Systems does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, by texting START to (772) 280-8822, or by giving us your phone number directly and confirming you agree to receive text messages.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, you will no longer receive text messages from Coastal Edge Systems. To opt back in later, reply START.

Supported carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, as well as most smaller carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
